This page is going to have information on my KOLTOFF family from Belarus. The alternate spellings of the name are KOLTUV, KOLTOV, KOLTOW, and COLTOFF. My family comes from the following towns in Minsk Gubernia: Minsk, Bobruisk, Kalinkovichi, Ozarichi, Glusk, and Luske. The family married into other families in the area including MILLER and SLEPAK.

This is my immediate branch of the family. This side married into the SLEPAK and MILLER families. Some family emigrated to Massachusetts and the rest remained in Leningrad/St Petersburg, where both branches still live.

This branch of the family has been called cousin by my branch (above) for as long as my grandmother can remember. They also emigrated to Boston and some went to NY. They married into the LEVINE and WOLFSON families from Belarus.
This branch of the family had one member come to NYC near the turn of the century but the rest of the siblings stayed in Russia. Some died in the siege of Leningrad, others were killed in Belarus. The last remnants of the family emigrated to Boston in the 1980s.
